We prioritise quality over quantity, carefully selecting clients whose values align with ours. It's essential for us to be genuinely passionate about the project and to establish a strong, collaborative relationship with our clients.

We strive to respond to all inquiries within two business days. We believe in the importance of rest and recharging over the weekend, so responses may take a bit longer during that time.

While every project is unique, we typically aim to complete branding projects within four to six weeks, and photography projects within a two-four week turnaround. To ensure we have the time to perfect every detail, we recommend planning ahead.

Pending availability we take on rush projects for an additional project fee.

We require a 50% payment up front and a final 50% payment once we have finalised all work.

While we love collaborating with local clients, we're proud to work on projects worldwide. We always encourage a Zoom call to connect, no matter where you're located.

As Apricate Studio is run full-time, we currently do not have the capacity to accept commissions.

Each artwork is carefully shipped within 7 days via courier, and a tracking number will be provided as soon as the shipment is booked.

International shipping is available, but due to varying costs, it is quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Please choose carefully when purchasing original artworks, as each piece is one-of-a-kind. We are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will be happy to issue replacements or refunds. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact hello@apricatestudio.com.
